FAQs

1) What does this calculator estimate?

It estimates Instagram engagement rates, weighted interaction quality, sponsored post pricing, monthly income potential, story value, reel value, and campaign bundle value.

2) Which engagement rate should I trust most?

Use follower-based engagement for broad comparisons. Use reach-based and view-based rates when campaign delivery matters more than audience size.

3) Why are comments, saves, and shares weighted higher?

They often show stronger audience intent than likes. Many marketers treat them as deeper engagement signals during creator evaluation.

4) Is the money estimate guaranteed earnings?

No. It is a structured estimate based on inputs, assumptions, and pricing multipliers. Real deals vary by niche, country, season, and demand.

5) What is a good engagement rate?

There is no universal cutoff. Smaller creators often show higher rates, while large accounts may still perform well with lower percentages.

6) Can I use this for reels and stories too?

Yes. The calculator separately includes story CPM and reel CPM inputs, so you can estimate those placements more realistically.

7) Why add usage rights and exclusivity fees?

Those terms add business value beyond posting alone. Brands commonly pay extra when they want extra rights or category protection.

8) Can agencies use this for pricing proposals?

Yes. The outputs, graph, and exports help compare creators, prepare quotes, and explain assumptions during campaign planning.
