1. Convert each ingredient to grams: Ingredient Weight = Amount × Unit Conversion Factor

2. Find total base recipe weight: Total Weight = Sum of all ingredient weights

3. Compute scaling factor: Scale Factor = Target Servings ÷ Base Servings

4. Weight mode factor: Scale Factor = Target Total Weight ÷ Base Total Weight

5. Scaled ingredient weight: New Ingredient Weight = Original Ingredient Weight × Scale Factor

6. Ratio percentage: Ingredient Ratio % = (Ingredient Weight ÷ Total Recipe Weight) × 100
