Formula used

Fraction to percent: (numerator / denominator) × 100

Decimal to percent: decimal × 100

Rounded percent: Round(original percent / increment, method) × increment

Difference: rounded percent − original percent

Relative error: |difference| / |original percent| × 100 when the original percent is not zero.
