3. Focused Learning Hours
Focused Learning Hours = Base Learning Hours × Difficulty Multiplier × Confidence Multiplier

4. Revision Hours
Revision Hours = Base Learning Hours × Revision Rounds × 0.45

5. Practice Review Hours
Practice Review Hours = (Practice Tests × Minutes per Test Review) ÷ 60

6. Efficiency Adjustment
Efficiency Factor = 100 ÷ Focus Efficiency

2. What should I enter for topics per subject?

Use the average number of chapters, units, or major topics you still need to prepare in each subject. It does not need perfect precision.

3. Why is confidence level included?

Confidence reduces or increases the estimated workload. Lower confidence suggests you may need more repetition, slower pacing, and stronger review sessions.

4. What do buffer days do?

Buffer days protect time near the exam for rest, emergencies, travel, or final review. They reduce the usable study window, which makes the plan more realistic.

5. How should I choose focus efficiency?

Use 80 to 90 percent if you stay focused well. Use lower values if you often get distracted, multitask, or forget material quickly.

6. Does a readiness score above 100 matter?

This version caps readiness at 100 percent. A full score means your available schedule can cover the estimated workload comfortably.

7. Can I use this for one subject only?
