Auto Boxes = Ceiling(Trench Length ÷ Usable Coverage) + Spare Boxes

3) Optimized equipment cost
Optimized Equipment = Lowest combination of daily, weekly, and monthly rates × Final Box Count

4) Add-ons and final total
Pre-Waiver Subtotal = Equipment + Delivery + Pickup + Cleaning + Accessories + Setup
Damage Waiver = Equipment × Waiver %
Tax = (Pre-Waiver Subtotal + Damage Waiver) × Tax %
Grand Total = Pre-Waiver Subtotal + Damage Waiver + Tax
